Would the Minister of the Gong Show please rise...

Bev Oda has to be fired. That's simply the end-all of it. This is ridiculous. How can such mismanagement come from the government and still be tolerated? It can't. She has to resign, if not because she's an incompetent mess, but because as Canadians we are disrespected by this minister's lack of... anything. Direction, oversight, honour, all of it. She must go.

Scarborough-Guildwood MP John McKay said it best: it's a gong show, nothing more, nothing less.

Speaker's statement is below. Ridiculous.

  1. This goes beyond incompetence and reaches the level of criminality, it is a crime whether you doctor a document or present one that you know to be false.

  2. This doesn't surprise me at all. What else can one expect from a government made up of liars and criminals, led by a liar and criminal, that is borne out of a political movement and philosophy that values lying and criminal behaviour?

  3. You're both right, very very right. We'll have to wait and see what's done about it, though as Neil pointed out, what's the likelihood of similar-minded crooks and liars taking out one of their own?

  4. Brilliant, sassy, just brilliant.
