Today in Things That Aren't Surprising...

Nova Scotia Tory MLA and former Interim Leader Karen Casey crosses the floor to the Nova Scotia Liberals under Stephen McNeil.

Why? Because Jamie Baillie, the new Leader of the NS PC's, is pretty much a Harperite appointment. In a vain attempt to emulate John Hamm, he's doomed his party even further. Not a smooth move, Jamie.

The Tories in Nova Scotia are really facing a crisis right now. Since the 2009 election, they've gone from 10 seats, down to 7, losing two seats in by-elections and now with Casey's crossings. I'd seriously question how well a party can function like that. Lord knows we didn't very well.
